This is a self serviced Apartment, we do not have dedicated caretaker, however housekeeping is provided once daily There will be a refundable security deposit of Rs. 5,000 at the time of check-in, in order to ensure no damage to the property. Please note that painting work is currently in progress throughout the complex. You may notice scaffolding, workers, and minor inconveniences such as noise or restricted access in certain areas. Other things to note Unlock the door to exclusivity and relaxation with complete access to the apartment. Additionally, indulge in a refreshing dip in the common pool, available from 8 am to 7 pm, provided proper swimwear is worn. Enjoy the luxury of daily housekeeping and fresh linens every 3 days for a pristine environment. Respectful conduct is encouraged, with no smoking indoors or loud music after 9 pm. For the utmost security and privacy, outside visitors are not permitted. The listed price includes accommodation for 4 adults; any additional guests will incur charges. Extra guests can luxuriate in the comfort of the extra mattress, with a maximum occupancy of 6 guests.
