Guests will have access to the entire penthouse, the common Swimming pool, and a dedicated parking space. This is a self serviced Apartment, we do not have dedicated caretaker, however housekeeping is provided once daily There will be a refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000 at the time of check-in, in order to ensure no damage to the property. Please note that painting work is currently in progress throughout the complex. You may notice scaffolding, workers, and minor inconveniences such as noise or restricted access in certain areas. Other things to note Treat our home as your own! Enjoy the luxury of daily housekeeping and fresh linens every 3 days for a pristine environment a backup Invertor ensures uninterrupted comfort during power outages, the lights and fans will be running all the time Respectful conduct is encouraged, with no smoking indoors or loud music after 9 pm. Indulge in a refreshing dip in the common pool, available from 8 am to 6 pm, provided proper swimwear is worn. For the utmost security and privacy, outside visitors are not permitted. The listed price includes accommodation for 6adults; any additional guests will incur charges. Extra guests can luxuriate in the comfort of the extra mattress, with a maximum occupancy of 9 guests. Stay connected with WiFi access, and ensure a smooth check-in with government-issued IDs and a refundable security deposit of 10K is collected at check in.   Had an amazing stay at Azul by Earthystays. Nice host, amazing property.. It was worth every penny we spent on the stay. Everything was accessible and nearby to the location.. Deliverables were delivered on time. Amazing interior with aesthetic vibes. Everything went perfectly with the stay.
